If you are a victim of discrimination or harassment by your manager or supervisor, Jacobs will not do their due diligence to protect their employee, but instead put a target on your back and gaslight you into believing that the discrimination did not occur. HR does not care and will turn the situation against you. If you value a fair working environment for your fellow POC coworkers, please reconsider bringing your talents to this kind of employer.
