Pros
Joined CH2M Hill immediately after college and was immediately working on complex projects, The project manager was patient and answered all my questions. Several really nice co-workers.
Cons
Given lots of work initially, but with minimal guidance and no clarity on expectations, it was difficult to understand what I was supposed to do. Kept noticing fewer people in the office each week. Eventually realized there was minimum work available, and only people who wanted to work part time were given the work. Leadership was non-existent. People didn't communicate. It was not a good experience, especially for a new graduate.
