I worked at the wastewater plant here and was let go after requesting FMLA leave, which I needed to manage my health conditions. During my time there, I also faced discrimination and a hostile work environment, which made it difficult to feel safe and supported. Despite raising concerns, I didn’t see any meaningful action taken to address them. It’s disappointing to experience this kind of treatment in a workplace that should be focused on employee well-being.
