      Pros

      Pay is extremely good. You work 9 hours a day Monday thru Thursday and get 1/2 a day off on Fridays. People are good to work with.

      Cons

      As with all Engineering firms if the work load gets slow people go home without pay. Benefits are expensive.

      It’s a big company, so there are a lot of corporate games you have to play to get noticed and advance in your career
