The top managers and the owner don’t do anything to make the company great. They were so careless with their computer security that someone hacked in and demanded money to release the information back to the company. The executives also talk about everything they are going to do but they never get to the “doing” part. They just chase the next thing and keep the company in total chaos. I’ve also heard that the owner has asked people to post dummy reviews to bring up their scores on Glassdoor and Indeed. They would rather try to hide how bad the company is instead of working on making it better. Do not be fooled.
