Cons
This family-owned business still thinks we are in the 1980s when it comes to management practices. The owners worry most about having people who agree with them vs. those who are great professionals. The company has lost so many great people in IS, HR, Marketing, and Finance. These great people were replaced with others who know nothing about their functions, but they are “yes” men. Women are second class citizens in this company full of good old boys. The sexual harassment is pervasive and the man at the top turns a blind eye to all of it. If you are desperate for a job and just need a paycheck, sure...go there. If you want to be appreciated and expect someone to care about your development, this is the exact opposite of the company you want to be a part of.
