Pros
starting pay is $26/hour which is the main reason people try to stick it out here. They are very flexible with your work schedule as long as you give them advance notice. There is usually a lot of overtime available due to the extreme turnover rate.
Cons
The lead driver Antonio is very disrespectful and has no soft skills. He will talk to you like a child, blame you for other driver's actions, and argue with you at every turn. Several people have almost gotten into physical altercations with him due to this fact and many have quit. The communication between the drivers and management is horrible. They will adjust your work schedule without saying anything. They are not very good at following up on problems/issues. You would have to remind them several times or they will say it's your fault it didn't get done. There have been times where I have communicated something important to one team lead or manager and the others are left in the dark due to their poor communication and this is how a lot of mishaps happen usually at the driver's expense. They show a lot of favoritism here and allow certain people to get away with murder while others are constantly being ridiculed for the same actions. The driver route notes have not been updated in years, so you have to call them every time you go to an unfamiliar stop on your route to get details about how to complete the stop or what you are fueling there. They will literally say anything to get you in the door like promising to train you in the 53ft tanker knowing it will never happen.
