Opportunity to mentor and motivate personnel to effectively and efficiently meet production goals.
Cons
There is a significant need to implement Lean through the business. Starting pay for temporary employees was too low (7.50/hr). The workforce consisted of 95% temporary employees. Supervisor discussed bringing me and others on permanently, but these claims didn't materialize after being there close to a year.
