      Pros

      The pay is decent but the job will take 10 years off your life due to the stress of a poorly managed facility.

      Cons

      Hr runs the facility in the ground,more work due to incompetence from the managerial side. Too much no value added from the office staff. They will not keep you safe. They will allow others around you to put you in harms way. The maintenance manager has no clue how to run maintenance department. Retention rates are high due to no training. Geez I could go on all day.

      Great work-life balance, generous benefits package, good culture and employee morale

      Cons

      Company is private-equity owned, so there will be a new owner at some point and new owner could take things in a different direction.
