Pros

Amazing culture, fantastic workplace atmosphere, a place that I'm truly happy to wake up every morning and go to. They take the time to invest in the individuals that work for them with training, pair up sessions, and conferences. It's really a world class company that you would expect to be in Silicon Valley, except it's right here in Schenectady.

Cons

There really isn't anything negative to say about working here... some projects are more faced paced, while others can be slower - it depends on your preference when it comes down to it, but there's definitely something for everyone to do and love.

Remote work for people outside new york, pay for travel if you want to

I was hired but it took 2 months. Recruiter was horrible. Pay doesnt make up for it. You can tell the leadership team here is poorly chosen. Colleague of mine got denied for a position after being reached out to by Janel group. That just shows bad business practice. Figure it out.
