In my time working for Jahnel Group I have consistently been given opportunities that have stretched me beyond what I thought I was capable of. Every single time, there was a team of people behind me saying "you're going to be awesome at this!" and supporting me along the way. The growth I have experienced here as a professional is beyond what I could have dreamed of. I have achieved more in this place than I ever imagined for my career. The environment is supportive, fun, and energizing. I love that the leadership here is gifted at recognizing untapped potential and skilled at bringing it to fruition. I have meaningful relationships with my colleagues and the leadership team that go beyond my 9-5 workday. I am a better person because of my time spent here and it spills over into every area of my life. I work with amazingly talented people who are passionate about what they do. I have seen the leadership act in the best interest of our employees over their own financial gain over and over and over again. They truly love and care for the people here and it's evident in everything they do. The free food and fun events are a huge perk for me! I have fun at work every day. I look forward to coming here!
