Pros
Jahnel Group is the only company I have worked for (in 35 years of employment) where the owners of the company truly care about every single person who works for them. They are a people first company and are completely invested in the people who work for them. They want every person to do amazing things both personally and professionally. The culture here is the best! The events we put on are so much fun. It's great to be involved in planning and setting up. Pretty much anything anyone wants to do, within reason, is encouraged. We have many clubs to get involved in as well. I don't ever want to work anywhere else for the remainder of my career.
Cons
The base salary is a bit low and the health insurance payments are kind of high, but they do have a safe harbor 401k and a profit sharing plan which does make up for it a bit.
