The Leadership team is phenomenal. They create a culture that makes coming to work great. There is so much investment in employee development that allows you to become the best version of yourself, personally and professionally.

Cons

Base pay could be higher but there is plenty of room for growth if you put the effort in. No equity package offered for employees.

Remote work for people outside new york, pay for travel if you want to

I was hired but it took 2 months. Recruiter was horrible. Pay doesnt make up for it. You can tell the leadership team here is poorly chosen. Colleague of mine got denied for a position after being reached out to by Janel group. That just shows bad business practice. Figure it out.
