Formerly under Josh: Flexible working with a choice to work from home or the office, Amazing culture of respect, trust, and caring. Most people seem to put in extra effort and personally care about their work. Now with new CEO Simon: Nothing. There's zero reason to work here beyond not starving in a gutter
Cons
Formerly: very few serious concerns outside of layoffs that happened, losing key members of teams but necessary. Currently with new CEO: Forced RTO to offices that don't currently exist. It's crazy to complain that the company is losing money and then waste money on mandated offices. No financial support for relocation, no guaranteed job, no severance, no value in any employee other than to leave and be replaced with lower paid fodder. Delaying bonuses and promotions from the previous year is also diabolical. In one single day, you dissolved an entire company's trust and respect from its very own employees.
