Pros

Jama has everything going for it: * Steady and deliberate growth both financially and personnel-wise * Employees are treated with respect, handed responsibilities and allowed to self-manage where appropriate, and guided by managers who know when and how to be supportive * Product and Development teams are dedicated to continuously improving core product and work closely with Sales and Services teams as well as external stakeholders to guide development * Company culture which encourages work-life balance, and embraces bike enthusiasts, microbrew enthusiasts, and coffee enthusiasts alike * Full transparency from the CEO-on-down to the internal team about the state of the company and strategic positioning / initiatives * Beautiful office space with plenty of room to grow, located in the Pearl district of Portland

Cons

Jama is growing quickly and has lost some of it's small-company / start-up charm and feel

Pros

Peers are a true pleasure to work with and it's easy to cross-collaborate.

Cons

Leadership is all-in on AI and confident that they will be the exception to the second wave of regret you see other SaaS companies who adopted earlier expressing. Leadership is demanding faster output and criticizing and eliminating any old guard who flag concerns around the approach.
