Easy to get crews, builders, and contractors to adopt it because it actually performs well and looks great. - Solid benefits - Home office work mostly - You are given a ton of leeway to create your own plan of attack for your market

- Most of the team in HQ that creates strategic plans has never actually stood on pumpjacks and install ed the product and has an immense lack of understanding of how the product is actually installed and the difficulties/challenges they face. - Training can be a bit lacking. I would definitely recommend only working for this company if you have experience either doing exterior construction (speciically siding) work or have worked in the industry previously
