Pros
lots of freedom, support to start projects, flexibility, absolutely fantastic people. great small town but with lots of amenities and restaurants. great place to raise a family.
Cons
no raises for 7 years, class sizes getting bigger, parking is no fun. takes 1-2 hours to get to a major airport, bus station, or train station so traveling can be difficult.
