Pros

Culture of mutual support and relentless pursuit of excellence. Team dynamic is second to none. Excellent technology and best dev team in cannabis. New industry brings new opportunities to innovate, and founding team welcomes new ideas.

Cons

Young, high-velocity company, so some growing pains. But I had to really dig deep to write anything negative.
