Pros
I've never worked with such a high performing team at this scale. Every employee is made to feel like they're working towards a professional goal and a company goal, together. When one person is falling behind, it's pretty cool to see the others help them and get them to where they need to be. It's quote common on sales calls to hear "let me give it a shot for you" or on dev calls, hearing how they teamed up with the account manager to help a client navigate something together. Although there are a few departments, it feels like we're all in one large team working towards a common goal -- much like the Unsullied, Dothraki, and the North.
Cons
The office is not configured in a great way right now and it sometimes makes it difficult to take calls or find a quiet place. We are moving offices in a month though and the new space will have a lot more rooms and open space.
