Pros
- The People: I've never had such hardworking and helpful colleagues. Anyone will stop at a moments notice to help with a question. I also just enjoy talking with everyone on our team; I could share a meal with anyone and have the best time. - Management (I know they're people too): I've been able to pursue projects that I'm interested in outside of my role with support and encouragement. When there are issues, I feel 100% comfortable going to my manager to let her know how I'm feeling and then see changes made and support given. - Partners: We really have some amazing partners and so many of the accounts I get to work with really feel like chatting with a friend.
Cons
- Workload: I know this is a good issue to have and we're making progress in the right direction, but this is definitely a role that will take up more than 60 hours a week.
