Pros

You can get hired through the customer if you build a relationship with them while cleaning their building.

Cons

Terrible benefits, supervisors are incompetent, they expect you to get 40hrs quality work done in 20hours a weeks but won't hire full time. Upper management is very rude, they lost the account with the customer I worked at and they customer even said the CEO and Owners were money driven and only cared when threatened about shutting down account. The customer hired me a week before the account closed down.

Leadership development for employees who demonstrate capability, interest, and good work ethic. There is always something to do, and people who have been there longer care a lot about the job and the people.

Cons

Turnover is a major issue because of pay, work satisfaction, supervisor behavior, or the job site itself. There is a lot of pressure to fill jobs ASAP without regard for proper procedures, which the customer suffers for, Culture does not have room for equity or mutual respect, you do your job and don't complain. Workplace satisfaction issues were not taken seriously, and PTO policy was lacking.
