If you are projects crew ( carpet cleaning, stripping and waxing and buffing)be ready to have your butt worked over like cheap meat, short staffed on crew and they will not pay overtime. imagine a 10-12 hour day of stripping and waxing, cleaning carpets and now you have to go play cleaner and clean buildings because people don't show up. its extra work no extra pay. we get payed 45-50 hours a week for our job. if we have to go do extra like clean buildings. its not extra hours pay. they get around this by calling it "Unauthorized overtime" so free labor. it doesn't matter how many jobs they pile on you, they expect the week to be roughly 40-45 hours. lets drive 2 hours to a job site to have to do a 5 hour job in 2.5 because the 2 hour drive cut into the job hours. so a lot of corner cutting.
