Leadership development for employees who demonstrate capability, interest, and good work ethic. There is always something to do, and people who have been there longer care a lot about the job and the people.
Cons
Turnover is a major issue because of pay, work satisfaction, supervisor behavior, or the job site itself. There is a lot of pressure to fill jobs ASAP without regard for proper procedures, which the customer suffers for, Culture does not have room for equity or mutual respect, you do your job and don't complain. Workplace satisfaction issues were not taken seriously, and PTO policy was lacking.
