Only good thing is maybe a 3% raise every year at best. Been over 6 years now no bonus even though they say Stellar year! wow.. show me the $$ for a change. No loyalty at all. I've seen GREAT managers get shafted for no reason at all. Career Managers that have been with the company 25+ years and staff just let go with no notice at all.
