Organization is very flat. No career movements.. Unless a senior person leaves, there will be no movement. President does not communicate clearly. He is a god guy, but is not direct in anyway. If you are in corporate and not a VP, you are the bottom of the food chain. All brokers needs and compensation come first. Given the market, don't expect much until there is a solid turn around.
