Privately held and small company which makes face time and building relationships with branch staff and senior management easy.
Cons
The turnover in the last year and a half has left this firm’s support staff disgruntled. Branch staff is concerned and consistently ignored. Home office senior leadership only cares about staying in the green for Penn mutual. The individuals that have taken over PCG in the last 12 months has ruined the vibrancy and dedication of home office PCG folks with Machiavellian leadership styles.
