Pros
- Great team work (I got great colleagues to support me, likewise!). - Flexibility with delivering of work and report. - Great supervisors with years of experiences to guide and nurture subordinates. - Company invest a lot on career development and training. - Perks of staying in 5 star hotels, economy class flights and jet setting across the globe (USA, Europe and Asia). -You get to mingle with the top management in some events, which is great!
Cons
- Limited career growth for an IT background person (however, if you've financial background, you're in luck!). - As a multinational company, bonus is standard about average 2 months standard. - Increment is 5-7% annually (those years...not too sure about now). - Allowance is based on country you're working with, so if you're in Malaysia, that's RM60. Imagine if you travel to Europe, RM60 is only EUR13!!! However, you are allowed to claim per diem for food and transportation charges.
