      Pay is unmatched. 1 bonus was enough to buy a decent car (in addition to the high fixed). I didn't last long enough to get a 2nd one Learning is good

      Cons

      Toxic culture Horrible work hours (7 days working, 80-90h a week) Extremely unadjusting seniors

      Supportive firm-wide culture; competitive pay; surrounded by some of the smartest people you'll ever meet.

      Cons

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
