      One of the worst WLB in the street (No weekends) Bad culture. Seniors squeeze juniors in every single task. No mentorship or instructions.

      Supportive firm-wide culture; competitive pay; surrounded by some of the smartest people you'll ever meet.

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
