Pros
The company is growing like a bat out of hell (i.e., 2008) -- though it actually avoided that carnage. Jefferies is growing in the U.S. and is now expanding aggressively into Europe and Asia. While some managers are merely competent, the better ones are sound, practical and run the company.
Cons
Things are happening almost too fast which ample opportunity for poor execution and operational error....so hold on tight.
