Pros
-kitchen stocked with healthy snacks -casual dress -New building
Cons
-Culture- not as exclusive or welcoming as one may think. - Low Pay -Little Training and support- *Dependent on who your team lead is* -Co workers can be very cliquey and love to gossip over an internal communication channel. -Seasonality business: The product is very seasonal which can be concerning for other quarters that are considered off season to hit goals. -Hours aren't as flexible as they made them out to be in interview/ offer -WFH option seems to only be available to some employees -Recognition is always given to the same few people although their behaviors don't align at all with the values that JV prides themselves on. - Not as "open door"as they make it seem to be. -No transparent career path in regards to what you need to do to get promoted. - External hires tend to be confusing when someone is hired two levels higher and almost 25K more than you but have the same type of experience..
