Pros
I joined Jensen Hughes as part of a recent merger. There have been so many additional project and training opportunities opened for me since the merger - the company is truly better for being the sum of multiple parts. I find the office environment to be hard working yet flexible - if you work hard and get your work done you will be provided a great salary yet have the flexibility to work flexible hours or even from home. The project exposure and range of technical skills is tremendous. This is a great company for those who are willing to put in the time and effort it takes to be successful - if you want to punch a clock and just push out tasks that are handed to you, you will likely perceive there is no direction or teamwork - this is a company of go getters not for those who sit around to collect a pay check.
Cons
Working through IT hiccups during recent mergers - you will have a specific utilization expectations- not difficult for those who do their job, more difficult when you aren't diligent or hardworking others in the company will not want to work with you and you will find it difficult to be utilized, sometime more travel than is desired may be expected but you may get the chance to also visit some great places so be willing to travel to Tulsa and you might get a trip to China offered to you
