Before all of the recent mergers and acquisitions, Rolf Jensen & Associates was a fun team to work and grow with. Good people with the client first mindset. Now that Jensen Hughes has set in with very high margins and utilization rates, its moved from being a great place to work where clients are first to being all about the bottom line. I guess you need to please the investors and not the clients. Overall good company with good people, just not going in a good direction.
