Pros

Lots of interesting projects and things to learn. Most of the non-management staff are good professionally and personally and will make the work day bearable.

Cons

Many of the criticisms in other review posts are valid and just. Upper management is completely disconnected from the front line staff. Lots of promises yet no follow-ups on them. There are just too many initiatives to try and increase revenues, without any training or clear directions for the staff. On an individual level, there is zero appreciation for the staff. You are just a revenue generating entity that can be replaced by another entity. Other cons include long work hours, just barely average benefits.
