Pros
The people are willing to collaborate and share knowledge and ideas Large "network" of staff to work with
Cons
Management not connecting with the general staff, operating in a vacuum from staff. Excessive Upper Management - more VPs and above than a corporation 5 times the size. Management requests for feedback are perfunctory, no real interest is opinions of line/staff. Little to zero feed back from management unless it is for a large "sale", then a quick congratulations and what are you working on next? Business model "seller-doer" is antiquated at best; more in line with a manufacturer model than for intellectual properties. Personnel turn-over/departures increasing in depth and breadth. Management directives are basically - "make the numbers (sales AND utilization) or your gone. Reduction of benefits is noticed and having a negative effect on moral, not only has Jensen Hughes reduced the match to 5% but management decided that no match was needed for 2017 since they decided to change the format. Only year in over 14 years to not issue the "optional 10%) sharing was 2017.
