Forget unlimited vacation time. I got questioned from the manager when I used 2 sick days from obvious, sickness, got scolded for using 4 hours of leave which I ended up using for work anyway, Unlimited means nothing if mgmt give you crap about using them anyway. This company forces you to have billables, but mgmt does not care that there is no work to bill to and there is no work, so as an engineer I get pulled in more to create a marketing material etc... Mgmt promised the world when they brought me on board.. not a thing was kept.
Promotions are based on who mgmt favor. Frankly, I wake up each morning miserable, wanting to jump off the bridge, I had so much expectation from this company but I don't think I'll be able to stand it anymore.
