      Pros

      100% telework which is good and bad, depending on situation. Great clients and teamwork. The work is exiting and the pay/benefits are decent as well. The people, especially on the SRC side were fantastic and a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      The management structure is a bit odd, especially for those on 100% telework. The ‘administrative “ supervisor is typically not the person you work with/for on a daily basis. It’s based on where you actually sit, not where you business unit is located.
