I found a serious imbalance in the structure, with a disproportionate number of non-technical staff compared to technical staff, management, and the final outcomes. This leaves technical staff feeling undervalued with minimal bonuses or rewards. The dynamics within teams feel off, as if something crucial is missing. Disengagement is a serious concern but nobody has the passion or ability to solve it, as if they are all forced to work. ;)
The company seems overly focused on its structure, but this focus doesn’t translate into effective operations. A team oriented point of view could help to fill the gaps.
Something does not add up when you look at the compensation package, the size of the company, and the projects.
