Pros
Great team of people doing the actual work. There is a TON of potential here, but is largely unrealized because of the Cons.
Cons
Upper management is out of touch and inflexible. Upper management micromanage, and make sudden knee-jerk decisions without getting all the information first. Upper management does not trust their employees to know the job they were hired to do.
