Pros
I left Jeremy Gardner Associates a few years ago and worked there for 1 year and 8 months. My only reason for leaving was to move my career towards I.T. which I had become more interested in, i’m now working in software! I had a good experience working here, they were a sociable bunch with drinks at the pub on fridays the norm, official team away days and often cake in the office. They are very supportive of their new engineers, so this presented a good opportunity to progress, especially as you are given real responsibility quite quickly. After about a year and a half I got the feeling they had started to prepare me for promotion, but I left before this happened. The work is interesting and the type of projects varied. You’ll not just be getting into all the technical details but also dealing with clients and occasionally visiting projects on site.
Cons
Can't think of any! No issues when i was there.
