Jerry will be successful but they will continue to cut employees and spread the workload to others. I saw a number of employees let go; a few not even because of performance, and the workload of these individuals was only given to others. Jerry likes to "promote" employees and then add completely new expectations a month later without any additional compensation.
There were very unclear expectations, and often changing responsibilities. When there were salary and quarterly reviews, it was hard to "meet"+ expectations because expectations changed so often. Even if you met or even exceeded performance goals, often you were told "needs improvement". I understand that things changed quite often but it's very unfair to say "needs" improvement when you cannot present clear expectations for even 3 months.
