      Pros

      Great culture. Relax environment, flexible times. Great pay and benefits. Many smart people, exceptionally good engineers. Large variety of opportunities to learn, from functional programming to different applications of machine learning. Opportunity to own your development in production right after. Makes you a better engineer in terms of designing your service to be easily monitored and alerted on. Very generous personal training budget. Office snacks, drinks, weekly breakfast, lunch, happy hour etc.

      Cons

      Historically had few items where they fell behind on engineering practices. Though this is being urgently addressed company-wide. Pager Duty was historically quite busy, but it no longer is the case. Also, it is now practically during the working hours only.

      Pros

      The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

      Cons

      the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
