Going down hill… - In Flight Crew Member JetBlue Employee Review

This job used to be great for the flexibility. As a single mom, I could work but still be there for my young children. It seems the company is taking advantage of the crew members by giving us less productive trips forcing us to work more days to make a live-able wage. Also, they are making it harder to use pto and trade days off so FA are forced to call off if they have schedule conflicts. I’m this industry we have minimum hours we need to work per quarter to maintain our position. The company is choosing to give most IFC max hours every month then making it harder and harder to drop them.
