A lot of Favoritism and accommodations especially in the Orlando Support Centers and Airport. Hispanics are the majority and catered too with special accommodations such as being able to speak Spanish conducting business when English is the requirement for the all positions. Only inflight gets bilingual pay. If you are not of the “liked” you will not get the same opportunities as others and things that happen to you that are against “respectful workplace” rules will be swept under the rug.
