- Nice on-site private gym and walking trail - Affordable medical insurance (copay was $25) - Quickly accrue PTO days (2 per month)

Cons

- Pay was lowest for escalation work in the area - Non-designated seats. Had to look for a new seat every time you showed up for work - HR did nothing t payout my 6 weeks of PTO earned after I completed my 2-week notice

There is a lot of conflicting info from upper management. We aren't actually told what is going on, and the target for success moves. People aren't given the tools they need to succeed, and everyone is pretty miserable. The pay is also unliveable
