Pros

The job is fairly easy. During lunch time it's very hectic and during dinner almost nothing at all. They have an assembly line basically where someone pulls meat, someone cuts bread, someone, and someone wraps the subs. That makes your job specific. Cashier is probably the best one since you are just standing there taking orders.

Cons

The benefits to working here are not even that good. You only get a free meal if working 8 hour + shifts. Usually understaffed and would have to do all the jobs by yourself which people then complain about it taking longer than expected. BIGGEST PROBLEM is you cannot get off a shift by calling a manager. One would think that it would work better if employees have to figure out who covered their shifts, but its complete madness. Sometimes some people had emergencies and could not get off their shift because employees would not cover it and at that point they were understaffed. There needs to be another system in place for that!!!!

Pros

Good pay, if there aren't too many drivers, and you're at a good place for lunch, you can expect to make around $50 in tips per day or more, and get reimbursed for mileage. The people there can be hit or miss, some people can be very fun to work with and responsible.

Cons

The upper management can be lead with too many sensitive women, who don't know how to diagnose situations properly, and take the side of the immature employees who get offended way too easily. The co-workers can be very young and irresponsible, but this is par for the course for food places if you don't have strong leadership.
