Pros

Manager(s) who show you respect, while working hard, but also keep a friendly attitude about them. Very friendly co-workers who are interested in helping guide and teach newcomers how things work. The workplace is very team-oriented, because everyone is fairly dependent on each other when it comes to completing a task on time and efficiently. Where I work, there are lots of hours given, as well as hours open to be taken if desired by those who are willing to fit in to those open time zones of availability. The workplace has a professional feel to it, so you do not feel below your self-made standard of a work environment, if you have one.

Cons

It depends on the manager(s) you have, but there is little or no grace at all in regards to a "no show", which happens when an employee is late or doesn't let management know that they will not be there. Basically, it's first-time offense termination. For the most part, I see this as fairly reasonable for myself, but to others it might be a shocker compared to what they're used to. The workplace is VERY fast-paced during the busy hours (obviously), so you're constantly having to be on your toes and attentive. Sometimes, several hours at a time. Another con would be having to stand on your feet for several hours with no time to rest or sit down. However, as you're most likely moving around most of the time, it is not a hard task to manage, in my opinion. The last con that comes to mind is that there is not much to offer in regards to career opportunities.

Pros

Good pay, if there aren't too many drivers, and you're at a good place for lunch, you can expect to make around $50 in tips per day or more, and get reimbursed for mileage. The people there can be hit or miss, some people can be very fun to work with and responsible.

Cons

The upper management can be lead with too many sensitive women, who don't know how to diagnose situations properly, and take the side of the immature employees who get offended way too easily. The co-workers can be very young and irresponsible, but this is par for the course for food places if you don't have strong leadership.
