Pros

If you like driving and getting tips that will hopefully pay for your nonexistent gas and wear-tear compensation, delivery driving is not bad. I do appreciate the free sandwich + drink + chips/cookie that you get after 7 or 8 hours I think. Helps you save on food money if you're on a tight minimum wage budget. ;)

Cons

You always have to be doing something -- "if you've got time to lean, you've got time to clean". Even if it means wasting windex -- yes windex, they use it on everything -- and paper towels on bathrooms that have been used maybe once since it was last cleaned. It's extremely pointless and wasteful. They have a trash thing with three holes - trash, compost, and recycle, but it all goes into the same dumpster. And corporate has all these policies for stupid things that shouldn't matter. We can't even rearrange our chips behind the counter a certain way because "it's not corporate approved". You will grow to hate this phrase. Also, corporate controls the music that is played. In my store, it's classic rock. I HATE classic rock. Same songs every day. And we can't change it because someone somewhere decided classic rock would most appeal to our demographic in this area.
