Pros

The assistant manager at the jj i work at is cool. Everybody seems to like me. I close every night and the gm there is going to start being area manager for some other stores his brother owns, so the assistant manager might become gm, leaving me to manage, which i cant do for good reasons, not that they care. Another note: i understand keeping stuff clean, but management seems to have microscopes for eyes, they notice every speck of dust in the store! Ridicoulous to be quite frank. But not too bad overall, you could do worse.

Cons

See above. Also, i get told to clean something and have no problem doing so, but they will throw a bunch of stuff at me at once, then they get mad if i dont get 5 things done in 5 minutes. And as a delivery guy without his own bike, i use the stores bikes, which are cruisers, and they get mad if you take too long , ON A CRUISER. in other words, they contradict themselves.

Pros

Good pay, if there aren't too many drivers, and you're at a good place for lunch, you can expect to make around $50 in tips per day or more, and get reimbursed for mileage. The people there can be hit or miss, some people can be very fun to work with and responsible.

Cons

The upper management can be lead with too many sensitive women, who don't know how to diagnose situations properly, and take the side of the immature employees who get offended way too easily. The co-workers can be very young and irresponsible, but this is par for the course for food places if you don't have strong leadership.
