Pros
Management is friendly, pretty close with employees. Had a family atmosphere. Drivers make good money (no less than $10/hour after wage+tips) and the hours are not long. Most popular shifts were lunch., constantly busy so you're in your car a lot which makes the shifts go by real quick. Listen to radio/mp3 in car.. Not much side work at all. With 6 drivers in shop, the list can be done in <10 minutes. Lastly, it is very easy to move up from within.
Cons
Managers are constantly being shipped around. I had my entire management staff change in the first 3 months I was there. To be freaky fast, they need many drivers working to cover all the orders, sometimes 12 drivers on for lunch. Shifts can drag on if it's slow and at the same time you're making no money.
